What a beautiful story. I can’t help it but I did feel some sadness, I guess I would not be human if I didn’t. I lost my mom 2 years ago and her memories are still everywhere. I lost my father when I was 11, so like you… both my parents are gone but the memories live on.

What a long journey this was for you and your family. I can’t imagine how hard it must have been and it’s amazing how long your mom lived with Cancer, just amazing- she must have had a very strong will to live, a strong spirit!

Take some time now to feel what may be coming to the surface after the business of the past 6 years, let the tears flow when you need to. It sounds like your brain was preoccupied for a very long time.
