This sentence reminded me of all the people who I feel silently resented Barack Obama as their black President and for what ever reasons found it OKAY to present to the world who they really are now that we have a President Trump. It’s as if we took 5 steps backwards but… but… I still have faith that this will pass and we will see more progress than we could have imagined because the younger Generation gets it. Maybe not the entire younger Gen but many of them do as do their parents. I know because of my kids and how they along with their friends are raising their children today. Global inclusion along with acceptance and raising them to understand we all matter, everyone matters.
