Susan Rooks, I wasn’t able to see your response via Medium for some reason but found it in my email.

I don’t know what to say (as tears stream down my eyes), it really hit me hard today. But, I want to say Thank YOU and I feel so fortunate to have such a great group of friends like yourself who are there and care for others unconditionally.

I must admit, I’m fearful but more than feeling fearful, my heart hurts for him in so many ways. He’s worked hard his entire life. He had to start working 35 hours a week when he was only 14 yrs old ( for reasons I can’t share online). He’s been working full time plus ever since he was 14 and even through many illnesses and surgeries, he rarely missed a day. I want him to be able to truly relax, feel better and enjoy life as he deserves.
