I’ve never been a morning person and if I have to be up before my body feels it’s time, I feel weak, nauseated, light headed and moody until my bewitching hour arrives, which is usually after 10 pm at night. So many people give me advice or say, “Well if you just go to bed earlier, etc… “ The advice is well meant but I can’t force myself to fall asleep when I’m not tired, so I carry a lot of guilt over it.
