I’m sorry for your loss. Your explanation (analogies) are powerful. I’ve never been suicidal but have thought, I can’t handle the incessant thoughts which cause Chronic Anxiety, Panic attacks and depression much longer. It’s scary to think about “the when…” when does the brain break if it can’t heal?
