I hope this month finds you better Samantha Beach. I’m sorry I missed your comment. I tend to have increased panic attacks as well when depression is at it’s peak. Remind yourself that if you completed what you consider mundane tasks, you DID accomplish something. Sadly, we shouldn’t have to feel worthy when we are ill. I hope one day this changes (the stigma) and lack of education, that is.
