I have the same issue with carbs. Carbs like Pasta & rice in particular. Yes, it’s possible because they convert into sugar, which explains why we crave them. I try to use cauliflower rice in replacement of rice. It’s good but I can’t refrain all the time because it’s just not the same as real rice. They say brown rice is better. :)
