Hi Laura, thank you so much for your compassionate response.

I can’t imagine how scary it had to be for you to hear your husband had cancer and going through each day while he was being treated, with the fear of the unknown inside of you. I can’t imagine what he was going through as well but I do know that he also had a very loving care giver and that does mean so much.

I need to write another article because we found out he has heart failure. I am waiting to write my next one until we see the Doctor again for updated treatment plan. He’s been so sick this past few years and has pneumonia for the 3rd time this year. My heart just breaks for him but I have to say, he’s a strong man, much stronger than he gives himself credit for.

I’m also very lucky to have grown children who care deeply, they have been my rocks.
