I’m sorry for your loss, it may have been some time ago but we carry loss with us our entire lives.

I’m so happy my words allowed you to forgive yourself (you know, the bratty child?), I bet your dad didn’t view you in that manner. I don’t think my dad did and if he did, he sure let me get away with a lot ;-)

Amazing how our parents fears can be carried over into our adult lives. My mom was fearful and I know I inherited some of her fears but I don’t fault her.
