Glad you’ve found *something* that seems to be helping somewhat. Have you ever tried EMDR with a therapist? Check it out if you haven’t. It’s been some time since I’ve been to therapy because I have issues going on that don’t pertain to me and I literally haven’t had the time to go to therapy but it was helping, it really was.
