Don’t be too hard on yourself. I am just trying to lose 15 lbs and it’s been very hard. I decided not to put too much stress on myself to reach that goal of 10,000 steps per day as fitbit recommends. I have another tool I use w/it and I try to hit 5000 which stresses me less. Stress can lead to comfort eating. Also, I began using an Elliptical and when I first began (because it had been a while since I worked out hard) I could only do 8 mins. I’m up to 30 mins now and there are days I may not be able to reach 30 mins. Go easy on yourself and keep reminding yourself that each time you do work out, your making some improvements. Keep that thought with you, my husband reminds me of that and it really does help.
