David, thank you for leaving the link to the EEOC. I have a feeling my boss wasn’t aware of the Pregnancy discrimination act because I think she began working there around 1979. She was 5 or 6 years older than me. My son in law took 10 days off just recently after their second daughter (our granddaughter) was born. I love progress!
