David B. Grinberg, I agree with the sleep experts who state this. It seems it always takes me a few weeks to recover. I remember when I used to work the 5am-3:30 pm shift at the Hospital, it was so hard to recover after having to go in on my weekend to work, which always seemed to fall on “spring ahead,” because I had to get up at 2:30 am instead of 3:30 in order to be to work on time. As a fellow night owl, I’m sure you can relate to how much sleep I may have gotten prior to ‘waking’ up at 2:30 in order to get to my job that day.
